New Year, New Me

Happy January,

Tips on becoming the best you, you can be...

FOCUS

  1. Drink Water, a gallon a day keeps the doctor away.

  2. MAKE YOUR BED! It sounds a little silly, but I promise it makes you feel fancy and put together.

  3. High Intensity Workouts to clear your mind and free yourself of stress

  4. PROTEIN- protein makes up every fiber of our being is one of the most underconsumed yet most important macro food source that our body needs.

  5. Go on a 5-20 minute walk every day, morning or night

  6. Read, this may sound silly.. but I promise you, it is fulfilling. No matter what it is, the Bible, daily devotional, your book, school book READ anywhere from 3-10 minutes a day.

  7. Rest- no matter how anxious or stressed you are... make sure you let your body get proper rest. If it's not 8 hours of sleep during the night, then make sure to take 30 minutes to sit and breathe, no phones, or electronics, fully rest your mind. This also means listening to your body, if you've had a work out planned for the day but your body (not your mind) is telling you no, then it's probably telling you, you need to rest instead of workout.

  8. Create a Budget for yourself, Save your money, get comfortable with your finances.

  9. Do something for yourself, even if you have to separtely save for it, a tattoo a trip whatever it may be, do it for yourself!

  10. Chose to wake up everyday with a smile on your face! Have the best intentions for the day, even if you're tired. Give yourself 5-10 minutes to let yourself lay in bed, then hop up and start the day! Brew some coffee, eat something, take your vitamins and RULE THE DAY!
