Becoming a Healthy Athlete

Within the past year, fitness has become my lifestyle. Growing up an athelte I thought, I was a healthy athlete.. To my surprise, I wasn't. As a personal trainer and college student with education in health, I thought I knew what 'healthy' meant.


I have been using @1stphorm products for a little over two years now and have gained so much knowledge.

About a year ago I began promoting their products and about 9 months ago I became a Legionnaire to help sell and promote products. Through the legionnaire program I participated in thorough training over every supplement and product in the book. AND MAN was my mindset wrong before.

Supplements can help us in so many ways, they're not a trick, or gimmic... they're true and can not only help us to gain muscle, or lose weight, but they can lengthen our lives by feeding our bodies the true nutrition it needs to survive day to day.


My goal by using products was to help myself further into my fitness journey. I had been doing extremely hard workouts for weightloss for about a year and had only lost minimal weight and wasn't leaning out at all. WHY?

Well now that I have the education the answer is simple and easy for me, I was not eating enough quality nutrition to reach the goals I strived for. AND my biggest fault was not eating anywhere near the correct amount of protein my body needed. In January of 2020 I began using about 10 products daily from @1stphorm (their products are true, not filled with junk and are the highest quality on the market today). By April I had already lost the weight I was longing for.


Not only did I see the scale numbers go down but I saw my body begin to change it's appearance. I was beginning to lean out, which gave me more self confidence... made me happier becuase I set a goal and reached it. I went to the Doctor mid-April and my health was perfect and right on track, where it hadn't been before (October of 2019).. In reality that is really a short period of time for someone to get all their health aspects back on track.


I was feeding my body everything it needed to repair what I was tearing down during workouts, and work. I was eating more nutrient dense foods, began to count my macros (carbs, proteins and fats) and stuck to a workout regime. I was proud of myself. In turn this lead other aspects in my life to change for the good as well, including my day to day mindset.


See what I was lacking before was not only knowledge but it was the understanding that health comes from everything in our life.. not just fitness. Today I am proud to say that I am the most in shape I have probably ever been in and the happiest, and self confident I have ever been. 1st Phorm has changed the fitness, health game for me.. They've literally changed my health and for the better. This is why I stick by them, and this is why I am apart of the Phamily and Legionnaire program.
